North Sikkim Jeep Safari

Sikkim the land where heaven touches the earth is a bio-diversity hotspot. The North-Sikkim Jeep Safari covers the Lachen Valley, Phodong Monastery, Gurudongmar Lake - a sacred lake on Tibet border, Hot spring at Yumthang, Lachung Monastery. The breathtaking waterfalls, blooming rhododendron forests, snow capped Himalayan peaks.

Tour Route

Gangtok / Lachen / Lachung

Tour Program

Day 01: Gangtok  to  Lachen (7 hrs Drive)
Transfer to Lachen about 7 hrs drive. On the way visit Phodong Monastery. Overnight  Hotel.

Day 02: Lachen  to  Lachung
After breakfast proceed for excursion to Thangu valley and Gurudongmar Lake (5000m) one of the largest and highest lakes in Sikkim. Return back to Lachen and then transfer to Lachung. Overnight  Hotel.

Day 03: Lachung  -  Yumthang  -  Lachung
After breakfast transfer to Yumthang valley and also visit the hot spring. Return back to Lachung for late lunch and then visit Lachung Monastery.  Overnight Hotel.

Day 04: Lachung  -  Gangtok (6 -7 hrs drive)
After breakfast  start the long drive back in jeep from Lachung to Gangtok.
