Sales Manager

The founder and director of Overland Escape is Mr Tundup Dorjey, a post graduate in tourism from Pondicherry central university. By virtue of his dedication and outstanding management skills the company, over the years, has made a name in tourism picture known for its credibility, accountability and services. His extensive travel experiences has given him lots of insight knowledge about different cultural, social and economic backgrounds and moreover, many different ways of life around the world. These experiences have been invaluable asset for understanding the varied needs and interests of the clients. Realizing the biggest threat Tourism poses to the fragile environment, he started this travel company based on the policy “Tourism with Care for Nature”. He took the initiative of starting Annual Garbage Cleaning Campaign organised exclusively by our company at the end of every tourist season. He also vehemently supported and practiced the concept of 'Home stay' system introduced in many remote areas of tourist interest in Ladakh to the extent that the company could claim to be pioneering in this endeavour towards sensible tourism.

He After joining Overland Escape in the year 2000, he completed ten years of successful tenure at Delhi office. Now based in Leh office and takes care of the product development and contracting.

For the past  years he is associated with Overland and he is a very dedicated person when it comes to handling his work. His work includes reservation and blocking of hotel rooms for the clients.

For the past nine years she has been acquainted with this company. She is one of the most sincere person and manages her duty efficiently. As a Ticketing Manager, she keeps her team always updated with the selling of tickets once she has purchased the tickets from the Airlines. She provides tickets, when the sales team needed tickets for their clients.

He keeps track of all the financial transactions of the company. Whether taking care of billing, accounting or cash payments, he ensures that everything is properly carried out and recorded correctly. He is a man of discipline and performs his work with great sincerity and dedication.

She was born and brought up from Changspa, which is in today’s date has become a hub of tourist excursion center. She has completed her M.com from Punjab University. Her hobbies include exploring new places and meals. After graduation she started working, which is in the year 2011 she joined this travel company. Initially she is associated as tour executive, but now she is our management tour executive. As a sales manager she reverts to the series of queries from our client through mail and calls.

She is from Choglamsar, after completing her studies she joined women alliance as NGO for 7 years as handicraft coordinator. In the year 2009 she joined Overland Escape, initially she has been acquainted as tour executive of the company, but it’s been a year that she is now our account cum cashier. She looks after the cash payment and clearances; keeps account details of the company and maintain records of credit and debit account of clients and employees. She is one of the most experienced women of Overland Escape.

As Executive sales from past 6 years, she is a very well-organized person. Arranges customize cost and remake the tour programme if needed for the client. She attempts questions from her clients through both mail and calls.

Earlier he used to be in customer care team, but now he is a receptionist. With his courteous gesture he deals with ticketing as well as handling reception. His hobbies include listening music and playing football.

He joined Overland Escape in 2015 and currently working as senior reservation executive. As an executive reservation he keeps track of all the hotels, resort and camp. He with his team arranges the booking of hotels for the clients. He completed his schooling from SOS TCV School Choglamsar, Leh Ladakh. He pursued his further studies in B.Com at Alva’s College at the University of Mangalore for 3 years. Before joining Overland Escape, he served as teacher and assistant principal at different schools in and around Leh.

She is a woman with full energy when it comes to work. Her role is to maintain files and managing the account in relation to tickets. With her sweet gestures she wins the heart of our client and employee.

He completed his bachelor of arts from Mysore University. His hobbies include hiking and listening music. He is in operation team, he is very good at handling the client by giving them ample support in terms of basic tour programme and introducing them with best accommodation by meeting the clients need. He with his team made their presence anytime to fulfil the client’s needful stuff.

He is very good at multitasking, earlier he is associated with customer care team and later in executive operation. Now he is working as ticketing executive. He has shown his full effort in his field.

She has done her bachelor of arts in Journalism, English literature and Psychology. She completed her masters in Journalism and Mass communication. Her hobbies include reading, writing and exploring new places. Her work as executive product includes designing of new tour packages, updating them on website from time to time.

As an in charge kitchen she never failed to please all of us with her tasty cooking. She is a real charmer when it comes to cooking/ same with Rigzin, a young woman with her jolly nature keeps her circle always entertained.

Tsewang is our office boy, he is an active person who runs to bank for cash transaction, getting tourist permits for the clients. His hobbies include listening to music and travelling.

He joined Overland Escape in the year 2015 and presently working as a sales executive. As of now he and his team dealt with enquiries from our client through mail and calls.
Born and brought up from Tangtse village. He completed his studies in Journalism and communicative English from St Aloysius College Mangalore for 3 years. Prior to joining Overland Escape, he worked as a social Protection officer in Help Age India, Mobile Medicare Unit Leh on contractual basis for a year.  

A Post grade from Punjab University in French language, she is always fully dedicated to her duty that is to answer the mails coming from our clients regarding the tour programme and cost. Also through verbally she answers her clients Queries. It has been a year that she is handling bookings of Pangong Retreat Camp. With her Excellency in English, she has done a year of job as a trainer in British council before joining Overland Escape. Her hobbies include reading, learning languages, taking long walks and travelling.

He is the driver of our office and his hobbies include driving and hiking.

She is graduated from Chandigarh, with her cordial gesture she dealt with our client. Her job is to issue tickets to our customer.

Dorjey is in customer care team, since he is located in Delhi office his job is to pick up the clients from Delhi and brief them with their day to day tour programme.

Padma Chontol have completed Masters in Commerce, and also done 1 year diploma in industrial account. Earlier she worked at concentrix daksh Pvt. Ltd in Gurgaon for a year. She is now working in Overland Escape as executive accounts.

She is a sales executive, completed her Masters in economics from Punjab University. She deals with her client through mail and calls to make the tour programme favourable.

She completed her bachelor of arts from Punjab University and later she has done masters in library and information science from LPU. She is currently involved in executive sale and has shown her full on commitment to her job by meeting the needs of clients by reverting to the requested changes in the tour programme and cost.

ABC

She is frank, always with pleasant gestures to everyone around. Completed Masters in Sociology, she was earlier in ticketing team but now she works as a reservation executive.

She is a graduated from Chandigarh, with her pleasant personality she fulfilled her duty that is to issue tickets to our client.

She has completed her bachelor of arts from Jammu University. Her hobbies include reading books and cooking. Her role as sales executive is to deal with enquiries from our clients though mails and calls.

As a house keeper, she keeps everything neat and clean. She helps in cooking too.

She has done B.com honours from Delhi University and in her free time she likes to listen to music. Her role is to maintain ticketing accounts.

She completed Bachelor of Arts from Delhi University. Her hobbies include travelling and swimming. Her role as sales executive is to deal with enquiries from our clients though mail and calls.

ABC

He has done his Masters of Arts in political science from IGNOU University. He enjoys sketching during his free time. His role includes preparing files, confirming hotels and sending confirmation to sales team.
